Ingredients:

4 bone-in pork chops (6–8 ounces each)

1½ tablespoons brown sugar

1¼ teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Cooking spray

 

Directions:

In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and sweet paprika. Mix thoroughly.

Brush the pork chops on both sides with the melted butter. Rub the spice mixture all over the meat on both sides. Install a crisper plate in both drawers.

Place half the chops in the zone 1 drawer and half in zone 2’s, then insert the drawers into the unit. Select zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 390 degrees F/ 200 degrees C, and set time to 12 minutes.

Select MATCH to match zone 2 settings to zone 1. Press the START/STOP button to begin cooking.

When the time reaches 10 minutes, press START/STOP to pause the unit.

Remove the drawers and flip the chops. Re-insert the drawers into the unit and press START/STOP to resume cooking. Serve and enjoy!
