Ingredients:

FOR THE PEPPERS, POTATOES, AND ONIONS

2 Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into ¼-inch slices

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow onion, sliced

¼ cup canned tomato sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic

½ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

FOR THE SAUSAGES

4 links Italian sausage

 

Directions:

To prep the peppers, potatoes, and onions:

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, pepper, onion, tomato sauce, oil, garlic, oregano, and salt. Mix to combine.

To cook the sausage and vegetables:

Install a crisper plate in each of the two baskets. Place the sausages in the Zone 1 basket and insert the basket in the unit. Place the potato mixture in the Zone 2 basket and insert the basket in the unit.

Select Zone 1, select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 390°F, and set the time to 22 minutes. Select Zone 2, select ROAST, set the temperature to 375°F, and set the time to 20 minutes.

Select SMART FINISH. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking. When cooking is complete, the sausages will be cooked through and the vegetables tender.

Slice the sausages into rounds, then mix them into the potato and pepper mixture. Serve.
