Ingredients:

FOR THE FRITTERS

¾ cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

⅓ cup whole milk

2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, grated

1 large egg

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 apple, peeled and diced

1 peach, peeled and diced

FOR THE GLAZE

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon whole milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch salt

 

Directions:

To prep the fritters: In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in the milk, butter, egg, and lemon juice to form a thick batter.

Transfer half of the batter to a second bowl. Fold the apples into one bowl and the peaches into the other.

To prep the glaze:

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Set aside.

To cook the fritters:

Install a crisper plate in each of the two baskets. Drop two ¼-cup scoops of the apple fritter batter into the Zone 1 basket and insert the basket in the unit.

Drop two ¼-cup scoops of the peach fritter batter into the Zone 2 basket and insert the basket in the unit. Select Zone 1, select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 345°F, and set the time to 10 minutes.

Select Zone 2, select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 345°F, and set the time to 12 minutes. Select SMART FINISH. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.

When cooking is complete, transfer the fritters to a wire rack and drizzle the glaze over them. Serve warm or at room temperature.
