FOR THE HONEY-GARLIC WINGS

2 pounds chicken wings

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

½ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)

Directions:

To prep the Buffalo wings:

In a large bowl, combine the wings, salt, black pepper, and paprika and toss to coat the wings with the seasonings.

Drizzle with the oil. To prep the honey-garlic wings: In another large bowl, combine the wings, flour, and garlic powder and toss to coat the wings.

Drizzle with the oil. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and ginger (if using).

Set the honey-soy sauce aside. To cook the wings: Install a crisper plate in each of the two baskets. Place the Buffalo wings in the Zone 1 basket and insert the basket in the unit.

Reinsert the basket. Remove the Zone 2 basket, drizzle the honey-soy sauce over the wings, and shake to coat the wings with the sauce.

Reinsert the basket. Press START/PAUSE to resume cooking. When cooking is complete, the wings will be golden brown and cooked through. Use silicone-tipped tongs to transfer the wings to a serving plate. Serve warm.
