1 tablespoon butter

2 eggs, beaten

¼ teaspoon pepper

1 can (10.2-oz) Pillsbury Buttermilk biscuits

2 ounces cheddar cheese, diced into ten cubes

Egg Wash

1 egg

1 tablespoon water


Place a suitable non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook the bacon until crispy, then place it on a plate lined with a paper towel.

Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Beat eggs with pepper in a bowl and pour them into the skillet. Stir cook for 5 minutes, then remove it from the heat.

Add bacon and mix well. Divide the dough into 5 biscuits and slice each into 2 layers. Press each biscuit into 4-inch round.

Add a tablespoon of the egg mixture at the center of each round and top it with a piece of cheese. Carefully fold the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal.

Whisk egg with water in a small bowl and brush the egg wash over the biscuits. Place half of the biscuit bombs in each of the crisper plate and spray them with cooking oil.

Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 375 degrees F and the time to 14 minutes.

Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button. Flip the egg bombs when cooked halfway through, then resume cooking. Serve warm.
